vZID is currently seeking an individual to fill the position of Events Coordinator.  This person will be responsible for creating and managing events within the ARTCC.  This is a staff position with considerable responsibility.

The best candidate will meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Member of vZID (Non-Members will be required to transfer for consideration)
• Currently hold S3 Rating or Higher
• Understand the value of relationship building
• Have some experience organizing projects

Candidates should consider the following qualifications required but able to be met after hiring:

• Ability to make graphic banners and advertisements
• Ability to develop blitz advertising systems to publicize events
• Ability to develop a group of controllers from across VATUSA to assist when needed with event staffing
• Achievement of a C1 rating
• Strong understanding of the national airspace system as it applies to vZID Facilities
